Soar and Shine is the only baby development and sensory class of its kind, created and led by a physiotherapist and an occupational therapist — experts in movement, sensory processing, and child development. We provide a space where babies can explore, move, and grow with confidence, while parents gain expert guidance and a supportive community.

We believe that early development is more than just milestones — it’s about connection, confidence, and creating meaningful experiences for both babies and parents. That’s why our classes are designed not only to support your child’s physical and sensory growth, but also to foster connection between parents and babies, within a like-minded community.

Our Classes

The Right Class for Every Stage of Your Baby’s Development

Three Age-Appropriate Classes Per Week, 10 Weeks Per Term. Classes Are Created and Led by an Occupational therapist and Physiotherapist:

  • 0-5 months (Bonding, early movement, sensory exploration)

  • 4-9 months (Building strength, coordination, and interaction)

  • 8-13 months (Active play, problem-solving, and confidence in movement)

A Fun, Supportive Environment:

Encouraging learning through sensory play, movement, and connection.

Ongoing Support:

When you book with us, you’ll receive weekly emails with expert-backed activity ideas to help support your baby’s development at home. In addition to learning more about the activities we did in class and how they support your little one’s development
